Base Dispenser MODS allow players to improve their powers according to their role and PVP or PVE needs.

Base Dispenser is only accessible if player has Lair System Bundle which costs 500 SC/MC. Check Base Mainframe Guide to know more about Mainframe Upgrades and Boost

 Weapon MODS

absorption adapter
I Weapon attacks have a chance to activate a shield, reducing damage by 50% until 350 damage is prevented. This effect may only occur once every 120 seconds
II Weapon attacks have a chance to activate a shield, reducing damage by 50% until 500 damage is prevented. This effect may only occur once every 90 seconds
III Weapon attacks have a chance to activate a shield, reducing damage by 75% until damage equal to 25% of your Health is prevented. This effect may only occur once every 60 seconds
blast adapter
I Attacks have a chance to blast your target for additional damage. This effect may only occur once every 120 seconds
II Attacks have a chance to blast your target and one other nearby enemy for additional damage. This effect may only occur once every 90 seconds
III Attacks have a chance to blast your target and five other nearby enemies for additional damage. This effect may only occur once every 60 seconds.
restorative adapter
I Weapon attacks have a chance to heal you for a small amount of damage. This effect may only occur once every 120 seconds.
II Weapon attacks have a chance to heal you. This effect may only occur once every 90 seconds
III Weapon attacks have a chance to heal you and three other group member. This effect may only occur once every 60 seconds.
replenishing adapter
I Weapon attacks have a chance to restore a small amount of additional power. This effect may only occur once every 120 seconds.
II Weapon attacks have a chance to restore additional power. This effect may only occur once every 90 seconds
III Weapon attacks have a chance to restore additional power. This effect may only occur once every 60 seconds.

Neck MODS

fortified blocking
II Blocking may prevent up to 77% of incoming damage.
III Blocking may prevent up to 80% of incoming damage
escalating replenish procs
II Increases your Power Critical Chance by 1% for 6 seconds each time you use Defibrillator, Recharge, Psychic Empowerment or Temporal Extortion. This effect stacks with itself
III Increases your Power Critical Chance by 3% for 6 seconds each time you use Defibrillator, Recharge, Psychic Empowerment or Temporal Extortion. This effect stacks with itself. Increases Vitalization by 1%
FOCUSED RESTORATION
II Increases your Restoration by 70 until you are hit by an attack. This effect is reapplied every 10 seconds.
III Increases your Restoration by 8% until you are hit by an attack. This effect is reapplied every 10 seconds.
escalating might
II Increases your Might by 22 for 8 seconds each time you hit an enemy with a harmful super power. This effect can stack up to three times. Does not work with Supercharge powers
III Increases your Might by 3% for 8 seconds each time you hit an enemy with a harmful super power. This effect can stack up to three times. Does not work with Supercharge powers.
relentless precision
II Increases your Precision by 39 while you maintain the hit counter above 9 and for six seconds afterward.
III Increases your Precision by 8% while you maintain the hit counter above 9 and for six seconds afterward.

Back MODS

Berserker Your damage output increases by an additional 30% when your Health drops below 35%.
Breakout Protection Your Defense and Toughness is increased by 10% for 4 seconds after using the Breakout ability.
Breakout Regeneration Gain Health regeneration for 4 seconds after using the Breakout ability
Weakening Field Enemy players striking you have a chance to reduce their Control Resistance by 30% for 8 seconds
Violent Breakout Using your Breakout ability causes enemies to be violently knocked down and away from you. The same enemy may only be affected once every 30 seconds

Feet MODS

Tumbling Master Requires Agile Movement
Your Dodge roll is no longer vulnerable to interrupt.
You may also tap the movement controls to cancel out of your dodge roll into an acrobatic combo.
Empowered Glide Requires Agile Movement
You recover 2% of your total Power per second while using Rocket Assisted Glide..
Deadly Block Your Block Counter causes additional damage equal to 25% of your Precision.
Explosive Block Your Block Counter knocks enemies much further away and increases their helpless duration by up to 1 second.
Swooping Combos Requires Aerial Movement
Tap melee to perform a Swoop Attack combo following Air Burst, Downdraft, High Pressure, Low Pressure, Swoop or Whirlwind.
Exhilarating Dive Bomb Requires Aerial Movement
Recover 6% of your maximum Power over three seconds after performing the Divebomb attack. This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.
Dashing Combos Requires Swift Movement
Tap melee to perform a Dash Attack combo following Vortex Trap, Tornado Pull, Cyclone Push, Whirling Dervish or Phase Dodge
Inertial Innervation Requires Swift Movement
Recover 6% of your maximum Power over three seconds when using Inertial Flywheel.
This effect can occur once every 15 seconds.

Chest MODS

Penetrating Strikes Your attacks ignore 528 Defense and 774 Toughness.
Core Strength Gain an additional 10% damage
Quick Healing Gain an additional 10% bonus to Healing Received.
Reserve Tank Increases your maximum Power pool by 25%
Extended Supercharge Increases your maximum Supercharge pool by 350. Bonus effects that normally apply when your Supercharge bar is full now take effect when your Supercharge level is at least 1000
Enhanced Recovery Blue baubles dropped by defeated enemies restore more power.

Hands MODS

Regenerative Shielding Heal yourself when using a normal shielding super power. This mod affects: Gemstone Shield, Flux, Reflection, Light Barrier, Telekinetic Shield, Swarm Shield, Boon of Souls, Time Bubble, Blessing, Redirected Rage and Hard Light Shield.
Max Damage [Damage Role]
Instead of the normal listed damage bonus, using a super power while in Damage role always increases damage by 60% until the combo counter resets (at least five seconds)
[Other Roles]
Using a super power increases damage by 10% for a short time.
Empowered Channeling Channeled super powers are no longer vulnerable to interrupt, prevent standard control effects, and increase Defense and Thoughness by 15% while active.
This Mod affects: Sandblast, Ionic Drain, Absorb Heat, Snuff Out, Photon Blast, Arctic Gust, Glacier Flash, Impaling Ice, Freezing Breath, Heat Vision, Sonic Shout, Chain Saw (Threaten), Minigun, Light Blast, Terrorize, Impaling Thorns, Roar, Bloom, Invocation of Renewal, Final Ruin, Soul Storm, Energy Expulsion, Guardian’s Light, Defile, Channel Hate, and Small Package
Improved Stealth Using a Stealth super power prevents damage, standard control effects and increases movement speed for 2.5 seconds. This mod affects: Stealth, Invisibility and Sneak
Mighty Smashing Gain Weaponization Rating equal to 25% of your Might and an additional 5% Critical Hit Chance while smashing with weaponized objects.

    Hello. Question… for PVE alerts and raids, plus duos, and for players with CR 180 or higher… which would be the better white Mod? Penetrating Strike or Core Strength? And what real benefits (beyond what is described) do players get? I am well aware of the math behind both… and what stacks with Max Damage, etc., but there seems to be a disconnect in what many of us see when using one or the other. Can you kindly please provide a detail describing which is the better white mod?

      Hello StrongForce, Core Strenght is better for PVP because you will always have that damage increasement applied to your character. However, there is a little damage difference between Penetrating Strike and Core Strenth

    What about the head.mods……I don’t see them, is this a new thing that hasn’t been updated yet for use?

      Hello Fenix there is no Head Tactical MODS from Base Dispenser MODS

    Hi, the tactical mods don’t work on my PVP gear, everytime I try to put one on it says “a compatible type of socket could not he found”. But they work fine on my PVE gear and I can put them on no problem. Did you recently ban tactical mods on PVP gear or?

      Hello ChrisHems, Tactical MODs only work on PVE Armor. New PVP gear doesnt allow Tactical MODS to be equipped which is why not found message is shown
