Rotation Tips

  • Both Loadouts focus their main damage on Time Bomb [5]. This superpower grows in strength as you damage enemies inside so players should deal the highest amount of damage before the Time Bomb [5] explodes
  • Alerts and Raids Rotations from both Loadouts have high-power consumption making them only viable when a controller is in the group.
  • Graviton-Charged Loadout is viable for all situations. It is great for crowd control NPCs and hit them hard while they are unable to move or attack
    • Solo Rotation uses Weapon attacks and DOTs (Singularity [4] and Gravitonic Field [3]) to empower Time Bomb [5]. This is great for saving power in Challenges, Duos, and Missions
    • These Rotations focus on dealing heavy damage with Graviton-Charged effects. It is vital to have your enemies Graviton-Charged all the time (Singularity [4]) in order to deal great damage with Time Bomb [5], Gravitonic Field [3], Gravity Bomb [2], and Inspiral Waves [1]
  • Destabilizer Loadout is recommended for Alerts and Raids only. It deals a little more damage than Graviton-Charged Loadout but it is hard to use in Solo Situations (Challenges, Duos, or Missions)
    • This Rotation focus on dealing heavy damage with Destabilizer effects. It is vital to have your enemies Destabilized all the time (Time Shift [4]) in order to deal great damage with Time Bomb [5]Distortion Wave [3]Warp Barrage [2], and Tachyon Blast [1]

  1. with GU 73 if we are going super-powered for dps do we absolutly have to have 8 sp in weapons?

    • DCUO Bloguide Post author

Hello Justin, not necessary. You can unlock only 1 SP on your weapon. However, for solo rotations it is recommended to use weapon attacks and it will be very helpful to have at least your main weapon combos unlocked

  2. Ok so one question why is it every single video in these blog guides you try to use the stupid robot sidekick in every single loadout and for every power?

    • DCUO Bloguide Post author

Hello John, Robot Sidekick is great for having an additional Damage over time. However, you can choose between using it or not 🙂

Hello Octo, video guides will become part of our guides now but we will also create our regular guides with loadout, rotation, variants, and tips. We just started with Ice DPS. We will update guides according to their popularity 🙂 Stay tuned for the announcement of Quantum Guides Revamp 🙂

Would hand blaster be a good weapon choice for Quantum?

    • DCUO Bloguide Post author

Hello Justin, all weapons are great once you understand how to deal the most damage from them. Hand Blaster is recommended for Controller but for DPS it is hard because of its long combos

Does this guide still apply to newer players now? Will you be updating this when the stat revamp comes out?

    Thanks for your time!

    • DCUO Bloguide Post author

Yes Universeia, when stat revamp comes out we will update all our guides as fast as we can
